Loretta Gould is a talented Mi’kmaq quilter and painter, celebrated for her use of bright, vibrant colours. Born in 1976 and raised in the Waycobah First Nation, her work reflects her deep connection to her Indigenous heritage.

Loretta’s career began as a quilter, later transitioning into art quilts and painting. Her work has been sold internationally, including in Germany and Finland.
